“No, I am not.”“Doesn’t he love you?”“He seems so unconditionally, irrevocably in love with you, it’s hard not to notice,” added the director of photography.“He proposed me two weeks ago in Paris. I said ‘no’.”“What did he do to you to deserve it?”“He is my very own special kind of drug specifically designed to keep me most addicted. Last time when he decided to break this addiction, the detoxication nearly killed me. Now he is back feeding me drugs in portions small enough that I almost do not notice them but big enough to start the addiction again. I don’t think I can survive another detoxication though.”“Does it always have to be so sad?” the make-up artist asked quietly.“I don’t know but the drug-addictions are said to be bad to your health.”
